Due to the product/service, all sales are final & non-refundable for ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS/DOWNLOADS. No Exceptions.

All digital products are instant digital downloads and no physical product will be shipped to you. Please ensure that the email used to make the purchase is accurate and can receive mail. PYREX Project is not responsible for any digital downloads that are not sent due to incorrect email addresses.

Digital download links are delivered via email and made available immediately after purchase. Should you need or want access to your digital files in the future, it is recommended to create an account.

Physical Product(s)

PYREX Project currently do not accept returns. All Sales are Final. Please carefully read all product descriptions and details before placing your order. PYREX Project does not accept any returns or exchanges. No Exceptions.

Damaged Product(s)

In the event you received a damaged product please contact PYREX Project within 7 days of receiving your order. You'll be asked to submit photos during this process. Determination takes 7-10 business days & if applicable an exchange will be approved. Any orders that are returned to PYREX Project without authorization will not receive an exchange,  refund or credit.
